Re: Which motor for my track car?
When MMAL made the AWD Magna's, they remembered that a diff can go in the back too and put their hands up for V8 Supercar consideration. Unfortunately they were knocked back, or it was going to cost too much , or whatever. The point of my story is that had they gone into V8 supercars we might just ...

Best time was 12.5 @ 108 mph 1/4 mile (manual)
First outing with the auto and the ring gear was destroyed half track and ran 12.5 @ 86 mph

On my Saturn I used some grey stuff in a tube. Sikaflex? Just follow the instructions on the tube closely. No cork gasket, in fact no gasket at all. Check for crankcase pressure first. I have no leaks. T. Yeah well this is what i too was thinking of doing. This also poses another question, anyone k...

What's so bad about autos? I guess each to their own. Manuals to me are for underpowered N/A sigmas that need a down shift to get the wheels to spin. Or a scandy kick to get the tail out. When your got a engine and auto set up making good power its enjoyable to drive in any gear its in. If your got...
