Silvia turbos are far too small . T3/t4 is ideal, .5 front and either a .62 .82 rear

When I did mine I cut approx 50 mm out of the strut tube. Minw is bloody low though, especially with the 16's...

Im running camira inserts jason, use the camira gland nuts, just the strut tube needs shortening. Let me know if you need more info

hmm yeah but alot of money for little power upgrade, so it would be 150rwkw? id be going higher compression and bigger t/b, injectors etc aswell...

Are you using the galant saturn temp sender in the astron manifold? Using a astron sender will more than likely give you a incorrect gauge reading. Also ive found in the past that running no thermostat in a astron actually makes em cook ,try puttimg a thermostat in and see how it goes, possibly even...

it will need a scavenging pump, oil to a turbocharger needs to be under pressure from the oil pump.

Had a friend who owned a Galant back in the 70's, the story goes he blew 2 pistons and it kept running for 2 weeks until he saved enough money to buy a new motor (again a 1.6) Mine has been thrashed by me for close to 5 years with only servicing needing. Its down on compression in all cylinders and...

I think it was similar to the first one but didn't have the O2 sensor.
