Vr commodore engine in 1978 sigma

how hard is it to put a vr engine into a 1978 sigma?
my mate offered to give me his vr engine as he is just going to give it to the wrekers
how hard will it be to get an engineers/roadworthy?
is there a conversion kit?
is there any were that does this?

not that hard, plus gives you a bit extra room too....
