u can get em out pritty easy.

And i put mine in myself

It's really easy..

Keep some when u remove it so u can get some more later on

It's not like wire from bunnings.

it's real strong and stainless.

take o rings and copper head gasket and place in bin

Replace with cometic head gasket and all problems solved

Mate you can use mig welding wire as a o-ring. If you get the block decked you will need the grooves cut again if you go to far. Do they make a cometic for a 4g54?

You can get cometics for everything all you need to do is ask them

what do you mean i cant bolt a head on ?? i have done once or twice and have never had a problem

Mate cometic WILL make MLS head gaskets to suit ANY engine i to have been in contact with them for a g52 head gasket

And a 9 second car is hardly a monster

ive emailed and called them in states and spoke to distributer in sunnny queensland and they DO NOT make a cometic gasket for a 54 or 52, THERE ISNT ENOUGH DEMAND FOR THEM, if u can get them, why not u get some, add ur markup and ill buy some, as well as alot of other people. cheers

its not one of there off the shelf gaskets but they will make them on a special order

I spoke to a guy at cometic by the name of Chris Workman and was told nothing comes up on their system for the 4g5x series engines and the gasket will need to be custom made

it was more of an inquiry about them, if they were an off the shelf item id get one! but i cant be stuffed with getting a expensive custom gasket for a Sigma engine, that id need to wait for ( and i dont like to wait) truth be told i dont really like sigmas all that much just the factory turbo's

We had the dramas with getting cometics for the 3vzfe camry engine as all the people we spoke to could only tell me what was listed on there part number system and nothing came up for the toyota engine but we managed to get onto the right people and have some made

Its not a case of them not making the gasket but more a case of some cometic employees either not knowing or just cant be bothered finding the correct info

The contact number and extension is there for the guy that gave me the info

P.s. they also do copper gaskets that do not require o rings and are cheaper than the a custom mls gasket so maybe this would be a better option ?
