4g63 motor??????

Post by slimer »

i might get blasted for asking, but i have a mitsubishi express van (1991 model, 5 speed, petrol, carby). i want to know if there are any other model/s motors out there that bolt straight up to my van....my motor is on its way out and would preffer to find another motor and fit it that spend heaps of time rebuilding mine.....

Having a bit of trouble finding a good runner, anyone know of one for sale?....

any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to use any sigma engine as i'm pretty sure they are all compatible. The only problem you would have is putting an older engine into a newer car. Or you should be able to get a FWD 4g63 from an early 90's SOHC galant and swap the parts from your engine to make it RWD. Just double check to see if your 4g63 is a wide or narrow block and make your selection from there.
