hi guys has any one out there put 411 diff gears in a 81 scorpy diff if so what did you use ??

lol iv heard some talk about ke 70 corolla diff gears fitting in them but i wasnt going to go find any untill i heard from sumone that done it lol

yes, I actually had a set of 4.11 Corolla gears in my GJ rally car BW diff. I didn't do the conversion, but it wasn't too difficult I believe. No mods to the diff housing at all. Only problem was they only last 2 events before I began breaking teeth. :@
Have gone back to a 3.7 BW Sigma diff, from a 2.0L Manual GJ, & haven't broken it yet. :)

You'll find 4.222 and 4.675 gears in the back of an early l300's.

Bolt in fit to the 10 bolt scorpion diff.

Do a bit of searching....it has all been covered here before!

Old, post, I know, but I reckon someone should make a sticky with all the vehicles you can get diff gears out of for the 10-bolt diff. It'd make life a lot easier for the noobs :P
