mate thanks but i wish that was my ride to be so proud of. #500 looks a sharp contrast compared to that fine ride that was pictured lol

mines mostly moved around alot these past few years and will spend another year in wait until my son is ready to work with me on it. We will start the rest then. For now its bundled up interior put back in somewhat and tidyed away so i can focus on completing my project TR11KY in time for it's 30th Anniversay! Woop

*cant get photo's to seem to upload so looks like they will have to wait*

i now know the engine number that was originally fitted to this vehicle when it rolled off the factory line. im looking for it. IF you have it lets talk....

M452N00481
factory sigma turbo 2L block would have silver paint over the number. A factory sigma turbo block is 2L for those who dont know and the number is stamped on the balance shaft housing under the inlet manifold.

I will lodge my freedom of info app tomorrow and hopefully know soon if it's still registered to any car's or what car it was last known to be registered in.

If i cant find it i have already found a block i will buy either way to install as a factory sigma turbo engine, it just wont be the right number.

cheers man :-) she's a long way from restored though. Havent even started workin on her.

Today i lodged the second FOI application to get a confirmation on if the engine is still registered and to what/when it was last registered. With luck i may find some more info to help me track it down...
