New project on the way

hey chaps 'n' chicks
Good news and bad news
The good news is....As promised, my wife has allowed me to get a project car once we had moved in to our own (mortgaged) home
So after about 5 weeks or so of moving in.....a car has come up and has been snapped up in a matter of (literally) minutes
The bad news is.....it's not Mitsubishi related at all
The car itself is (I think) a 1970 Honda Z360......it's 99% complete (although in pieces) and is also 99% rust free
The car is in a fairly sad state....but given then fact the was actually given to me for free....I'm not expecting much as a starting point at all
I'm in two minds on whether to take the easy/cheap way of restoring it to as new condition or to turn it into a full track hack
It doesn't look all the financially viable to restore it given the lack of value once restored (which leans me to track hack it) but i'
m curious to see what y'all think
Kind regards
