Re: My GC Hardtop project
Not sure about that one i thought that a 2lt astron flywheel will fit all good but not sure about a 2.6 one. And yes the 63 will be alot smoother however no where as much torque as a Astron :P My Astron is making 200rwkw no worries so i think you will be able to get great power from a newer DOHC motor

Re: My GC Hardtop project
Agree with everything you said there. I have had a couple of variations of turbo carby and twin carbs and single webbers and they used to loose tune allt he time and just ran like pigs, then i found the joy that is multi point magna injection and the car actually worked :P good thing with your motor...

Re: My GC Hardtop project
just from the sounds of that it seems like a lot of mucking around for not that much gain and still not as reliable as EFI

Re: TUFSIG, GK GSR 2.6 EFI Turbo - NEW UPDATES
First wash in 3 years so all nice and clean now, cant wait to get new ECU and stainless system, the current exhaust makes it sound like a V6 commodore and this is just not right :P http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k318/Kingpin_05/WP_000440.jpg http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k318/Kingpin_05/WP_00...

Re: Wideblock 5 spd in a GE
Hey Mate to answer your questions -To make the shift work in your car is very easy if you use a wideblock jap box, there is a top section that extends the shifter to fit in the later model sigmas all you have to do is take this off and get a narrow block box end, i did this when i put a narrow block...

Re: TUFSIG, GK GSR 2.6 EFI Turbo - NEW UPDATES
thats just fresh cold oil it sits around 60psi and once warm around 70 and then goes up under aceleration and the oil is going past the turbo even with a double ring in it, been doing some reading and at idle i should be around 30psi or so and max 60psi. Garret also said no more then 60psi is needed...

Re: TUFSIG, GK GSR 2.6 EFI Turbo - NEW UPDATES
As cars go i have another issue now the oil pressure is way too high sitting at 70psi at idle so ill have to take it off and check it out more then likely new oil pump is in order
