Great look!Welds are the prefered choice for me other than satin Centerlines for any car of the era .. Mine was also mounted to the body,upside down for over a year running twin solex perfectly well.Then one day it started to get noisy and struggle to pick up fuel.It gave me grief for a week or two and finally died..replaced it with another cheap Chinese facet pump,mounted the same way for about a mo...

^^ Don't forget to mount the lift pump the correct way(if it is a facet type)..the feet need to be on the bottom.

Make sure the lift pump is mounted up the correct way..ie:with the feet at the bottom.I went through a couple of lift pumps until i realised this.Instead of mounting the lift pump (upside down) to the body...I cut a piece of 90x90mm RHS and mounted the pump inside it ,then mounted the rhs to the bod...

The carpet in the Lc hatch is probably the best quality thing they put in the whole car...although,I have only ever seen it in brown.

Dash Original in Holden Hill do great work...It can cost a bit,but it is top notch.I had a friend take me through the back of the shop and show me how a dash is recovered ...Quite a process.They did a great job on my dash and carpet that needed a custom tunnel stitched into it.
