Sigma Turbo `sternal gate issues?

Hey, I`v had a turbo sigma coupe for a few years now, but I have never been too interested in it. I got hold of a `81 base spec 2.6 (one owner, new 5speed, new head) and fitted a high flowed sigma turbo kit I got off ebay. Turns out the turbo was stuffed so I re-built it with undersize bearings and ...

Re: Hey ho!... let`s go!

So here I was thinking I was being original: by having the only 2.6t scorp in Hobart. It would be good if I could catch up with some of you fellow old`scool turbo enthusiasts, and maybe pick your brains a little? I`d like to find out if my kit is from a factory or PWS, and sort out the was...

Re: Turbo oil return

I used a 90 deg. 25mm id galv. water pipe fitting (from the tip shop ) welded to flange plate, and punched a hole through the sump as close to the block as the flange would allow. I then used some 6mm cork gasket material and some copper max ( and some 30mm roofing tek screws to hold it all on.) I`d...

Re: turbo carb?!

thanks for your ideas, I have several other z/s 175`s and this the only one with a brass outlut pipe on the side (throttle/choke), there is also a vent hole on the front of the carb. which fuel also comes out of at low revs (400 rpm or so). I`ll lower the float level and see if that stops it. It doe...

Re: The balance shafts

turbo carb?!

I`v just got the old girl running again, but it seems to spit fuel out of side of the carb. (ZS 175 CD) I suspect it is a fuel return but when I block it up it seems to stall the old girl out, I suspect if I hook up a fuel return line it would stall it out (as it has to flow uphill over the rocker)....

Hey ho!... let`s go!

Howdy, I`m new to this site I just registered last night, First thing first, I thuought it would be best to get this out of the way, I`m a certified "Datophile" (Datsun enthusiast) but dont hold that agaist me, I wont try a preach the virtues of the humble Datsun. Now to the matter of post...
