thats enough carb for 5.7 litres, they dont even use them on small v8s unless they are tricked up
theres a bloke selling a webber from a falcon in the for sale section, already set up for the sigma, i would be jumping on that, price is right!

Re: Suspension Geometry and lowering
heh, my the time i get a 225/60 15 or 245/60 15 in there mine will be a fair whack higher.... I have checked ground clearances and such, think i will leave it stock height, its a bit lower at the front because of the heavier engine, if anything ill get some kings stock height and go from there, but ...

Re: Hopper stoppers brake upgrade
commodore caliper would really need a 1 inch bore master, or better yet a VT onwards master, these have a fast fill section for the front calipers.
have you checked the wheel bearing from mazda will work with sigma upright?

Re: Hopper stoppers brake upgrade
Think people use the xa falcon hub with the 380 rotor which is 5 stud. I will share what i know from my research.... easiest 4 stud would be r31 rotor and landcruiser caliper (got some calipers if anyone needs) But these aren't any bigger than the sigma, but much better 4 pot caliper and vented disc...

would love some input on this?
Re: Teaser
be interested to hear your thoughts on the brake booster when your running. I have the same one in my ls1 sigma and i reckon it does nexto nothing. Initial bite is good but a lot of foot pressure required to make it really grab beyond that

Suspension Geometry and lowering
Considering lowering the sigma (gj wagon, v8) by 30mm but i have read a few times on this forum that it puts the suspension geometry way out. My reason for lowering is handling not looks so i was wondering if this might be counter productive.
Any thoughts?

The hilux LSD is junk, single pegs all over the shop, only had 80,000 on it. Anyway i will get it tightened up or get ...

Re: running an electric fuel pump
carby's need like 3-6 psi pressure, most efi turbo will be 50psi or more... so yeah, very different pumps, no point changing now when you change later you might want a more elaborate fuel system that includes a surge tank, this will have two pumps most likely, one to feed the surge tank, one to draw...

Electronic speedo
Just gathering bits for my conversion. I need an electronic speedo, is anyone aware of something that will go into a GJ sigma and look factory? I have explored options like the Cable X system (apparently not very good) and the TERF speed changer (out of stock for months), before i start trying to cu...

they will stick 2 or so inches out of the guards, and im guessing will rub on the guards when turning unless the guards are modified. From playing around with wheels on my sigma they cant offset much further in than stock as they hit the strut, so they can only go out

only reason i went the hilux was the 5 stud wheel choice and a removable centre which is about the only place the BW falls down

Hey, picked up a GH diff today for my GJ wagon... I noticed at the wrecker there was two different diffs in the early type, one had a bolt out centre, one had a back plate and internal centre... I noticed the top centre arms were different. Im guessing that they are interchangeable as long as you sw...
