I think that would do it. The width I have is 18mm but height is 32mm, is the clip offset?

Commodore runs the long shaft. I believe the ford has short input.

I might sell it, unsure at the moment. I don't know if the EVO 1-3 bell housing pattern is the same as 4-9

It was quite easy. Bill Hincher makes a bell housing to suit.
I opted for the short shaft t56 magnum. With very very minimal auto tunnel mods, the box fits in easy.
