If the engine isn't suffering from vapour lock, I wouldn't bother.
Same with the emission gear, piss it off!

Re: Club registering a 78' GE Scorp
Mini Mopar is now on club rego.
My other car I just sold (Ford XB) had been on club rego for years.
It's great if you're not driving the car flat out and the 90 day option will allow for it to be driven EVERY weekend if you wanted to!

Re: Belial's Mini Mopar (LC Lancer)
So I'm kinda leaning toward a single side draft manifold and matching carb.
A set of extractors and still undecided about the "Electronic ignition" set up, maybe a Crane Cams XR3000.
Might even pull the engine and paint it Orange!!!

Just got Mini Mopar back from a workshop as it was in for a RWC. Seriously want to hurry up and convert to electric ignition. I'm soo over searching the web and here to get ideas. Other than the Pertronix set up which I have found BUT need to get it in from the US, I see the Crane Cams XRi isn't com...

Yeah, Like already mentioned facebook has killed many forums. In so many way's facebook is better BUT the info isn't searchable and in any order other than chronological... One of the forums I'm a moderator for now has next to no traffic other than people updating build threads monthly and searches....

Not sure about the "Microtech" system but have a look on ebay for "Tacho adapters".
MSD make a few different ones as well as other high end ignition mobs.

Re: Microtech Lt9-c tach output and factory tacho
FINALLY, I can add some value to the site! The factory tacho will/should be analogue and the system you have fitted will be digital. You need to get a converter to to run the tacho or change the tacho to a digital one. Very common issue with the V8 guys, we have factory dashes and then throw in Full...

Re: LC Lancer "Dream Build Q's"
I don't really expect to throw a 500hp engine into a LC, I'm just saying the big 4 door Falcon I just sold was a little shy of 500 hp. I just want to drive it around with a bit of power on tap when need be. (My daily drive FPV FG GS, is stupid enough as it is with the mods it has) I just don't know ...

LC Lancer "Dream Build Q's"
Hi All, Wasn't to sure where to put these questions, so hopefully most people click the "view active topics" tab each time they visit... Anywho, while building Mini Mopar, I've been looking at many different options to alter the car. It will end up looking like a VH R/T Charger externally ...

Just sold The Pig (WTF) and Mini Mopar is in getting a RWC. Of course they knock the strut mounts and NO ONE makes them anymore... Have bought the K-Mac Camber and Castor kit ($400) as a $40 rubber one is no longer available. Didn't help with this forum being down this week! Also having trouble find...

Re: Belial's Mini Mopar (LC Lancer)
Mini Mopar got chucked on the front lawn today and will be moved to the back yard on the weekend. ALL progress I think will cease as The Pig was picked up and the bill just knocked everything way out of whack. Won't even get a RWC and bang it onto club reg for a while yet. Standard reg expires Septe...

Re: Bolt in RWD Engine Upgrades
Meh, kind of a medium/long term project. Already have the original 4G32 in MiniMopar and was looking at options for down the track. I'm more a V8 guy, these little engines and compatibility across makes and models is a lot to take in. Seeing as though it's quite common to go from the 1.6 ltr straigh...
