Once you have the set up (vacuum forming table etc...) it would only cost the price of the lexan.

I have done a fibreglassing/plastics course, so I know exactly what is needed and how to do it, I'd just have to set myself up to do it.

The difficulty would be carving it down and keeping the shape correct.

If using body filler, I think a solid mass of it would end up being an expensive way to do it. I'd probably get near the shape needed using wood or something similar, and then apply body filler to it to build it up. That way you wouldn't have to remove so much.

Depending on price I would maybe get 2 gc wagon for sure but if to expensive ill just get 1
