Hi Guys
I'm about to rego my 84 Sigma Turbo , I need to find
The location of the engine number to complete the forms.
Where abouts are the engine numbers located??
Cheers

Looking at the engine from the front, there should be a flat bit sticking out from the very top of the block on the left hand side at the front. That'll have your engine number on it.

Thats if it's an Astron, and even then factory Sigma turbo blocks were different.

If the engine is one of the 500 factory GH Sigma turbo engines then the engine number is stamped on the flat horizontal surface above the upper balance shaft.

However I believe Scorpy's Sigma is an import with the Starion style running gear. If this is the case then he most likely has the Sirius engine (4G63) and the number can usually be found stamped on the side of the block next to the lower balance shaft, about 1/2 way between the drivers side engine mount and the front of the block.

Thanks guys , I had a look early this morning.
Pull the power steering pump cause I thought the number
was there, after pulling it apart I couldn't see anything
So I'm standing there scratching my head and I see a raised
Pad on the side if the block ,
It has two lines of numbers.
Top number G63B
2nd line GH 4--- I'm guessing this is th number I'm after right??
Thanks again guys,
It is a Sirius engine
New Sigmas and Scorpions so I have no idea
I can't believe how many options this car has
Cheers
Andrew

Thats the number you want. Even though it is 2 lines on the block, most rego places will condense it down to a single line/engine number, EG. G63BGH4***
