I had planed to do more this W/E but the Flu has got in the way I didn't realy get out in the shed till this arvo , I was to crook to anything sat However I got the gearbox off the 1600 TC and did some measurements
the flywheel has the same dimentions as the 2 lt astron including the front face to back of block dimention with the same 6 bolt crank flange
so any of my light billet flywheels will go straight on
the bolt up pattern for the presure plate is also the same
you just have to love mitsubishi keeping things to a std
I hope to have it up on the engine stand tomorrow after work to start stripping it for a rebuild
not sure if it will end up in the sigma or a new CC lancer build but there is plenty to do and make before that

Re: 4G61T build
I definitely will be keeping an eye on this build. I was considering putting a 4G61 into my LC Lancer. I still may replace the G52B with one in the future.
Re: 4G61T build
Will also be keeping an eye on this.
